In this service Jennifer will come to your home and take a peek at your fridge and pantry and make suggestions for healthy plant-based swaps and ingredients. She will sit down and understand what you and your family like to eat, snack on, and talk about items to be purchasing regularly. You will also do a grocery store trip to re-stock your fridge and pantry and learn key skills for shopping for healthy food.
