Emily and I went to our favorite getaway place yesterday - Naples, FL.
Since our place in Weston literally butts up to the Everglades, Naples is an easy sixty minute drive across Alligator Alley.
While we were at Vanderbilt beach on the north side of Naples, Emily and I started planning a weekend trip to Naples for our upcoming wedding anniversary.
For the heck of it, after we left the public beach, we decided to check out the Ritz Carlton that was on the coast about a mile away. We thought it might be a cool place to stay for a special occasion.

The Ritz said "yes". What that means for you...
To make a long story short:
1) We decided not to stay because the clietelle was a bit to "uppety". We only ran into a few patrons and most seemd to be made from the same crust as the bonus-laden AIG execs. Not what Emily and I are comfortable with...
2) However... The customer service at the Ritz was amazing (even when we walked in looking like a couple beach bums that weren't supposed to be there)
And the Ritz customer service gave me a fun idea...
You see, although the Ritz was a bit stuffy for our tastes, they could've said no to a couple requests Emily and I had.
But they didn't.
On each request, they said "Yes, we can do that."
In honor of their impressive staff, I am doing something special for you.
