Jeff, you can email me anytime and bounce ideas off me about swimming or otherwise. Swimming to be a fast swimmer (ie for a triathlon or other race) and swimming to improve general fitness are a little different, so maybe give me an idea of what your goals in including swimming in your routine would be and we can go from there.

Hey Jeff, you looked familiar too. I am working out at St. Julian's now in BG. My newest workout that I'm doing right now is a Total Body workout with just 8 exercises, minimal weights, and a lot of body-weight movements. It's tough! I'm looking forward to enhancing my fitness knowledge and bettering my workouts from this community. Welcome!
